Grace Baptist Church Alloa is planted by Grace Baptist Church Edinburgh.

We believe in an independent, elder led church under the rule of Christ. Elders are church officers who are called to spiritually lead and care for the church, by the Word of God. Deacons are church officers called by the church to meet the practical needs. We are continually seeking to train leaders who are able to serve God’s people here.

Gevimar Margate

Pastor

Following the church planting work of Pastor Ali McLachlan, in October 2024, Grace Alloa called Gevi Margate to be their Pastor. Gevi has completed theological training at Edinburgh Theological Seminary and was ordained to pastoral ministry in March 2025. In August 2025, Gevi was formally inducted to be the Pastor of the church. He is married to Patricia.
